Entry # 3 - Field Study Deployment and Orientation
This is the official logo of our Field Study (FS) 6 resource school, Information and Communication Technology High School (ICTHS),.
Last July 24, 2018 (Tuesday) my School of Education (SEd) family and I went to Information and Communication Technology High School (ICTHS) in Sindalan, San Fernando Pampanga for our Field Study (FS) 6 deployment. I arrived in the school at 9:30 in the morning and stayed there for a bit. Our coordinator and other SEd students arrived a little bit late than expected at 12 noon.
Mr. Gerardo Sicat the FS coordinator of ICTHS welcomed us warmly and gave the schedule of our assigned resource teacher. My classmate Jeremy Sichon and I were assigned to work with Ms. Faula Mae David with her English classes. We had the liberty to choose the classes we will be observing, so to avoid conflict on our subjects, we chose the sections 8 - Euclid and 8 - Fibonacci. We will observe English classes from 9am to 11:15am on Mondays and Fridays. After meeting with our resource teacher, we went to the office of the principal, Mrs. Arlene Cabrera. She oriented us regarding the school. Since I was deployed in the resource school for a couple of times, five times to be exact if you will count this one, I am quite familiar with the place and the policies. On top of that, ICTHS is my alma mater. For those reasons, I am very comfortable in staying there for the semester.
I am pumped and thrilled observing in ICTHS. It is like going back to my roots, but now as a pre-service teacher and observing what might have changed and improved since studying there. That will be all for this entry! Your comments will be highly appreciated, thank you!

You just built a good relationship with your cooperating school I guess. Keep loving the students and yourself.
